We cannot guarantee that the content is correct, complete or up-to-date. General Terms and Conditions of Zeidler & Company Immobilien and cancellation policy

§1 Confidentiality

All information and documents provided by us, including our property records, are intended exclusively for our customers and may only be passed on to third parties with the written consent of Andrea Zeidler - Zeidler & Company Immobilien. Violations may oblige the transferor to pay the commission in the originally agreed amount in the event that a main contract (rental/purchase contract) is concluded.

§2 Data protection

The client expressly agrees that Andrea Zeidler - Zeidler & Company Immobilien is authorized to process the necessary personal data of the client in accordance with the statutory provisions in order to fulfill its obligations.

§3 prior knowledge

If our customer is already familiar with an object offered by us, he must inform us of the existing prior knowledge within three calendar days. If this does not happen, our customer has to compensate us for all expenses that we incur because our customer did not inform us about the existing prior knowledge by way of compensation.

§4 Limitation of Liability

We would like to point out that the property information, documents, plans, etc. passed on come from the seller or landlord. We therefore accept no liability for the correctness or completeness of the information. It is therefore the responsibility of our customers to check the property information and details contained therein for accuracy. Otherwise, Andrea Zeidler - Zeidler & Company Immobilien is only liable in the event of intent, gross negligence, the absence of guaranteed properties or culpable violation of a cardinal obligation. Otherwise according to the legal regulations.

§5 Conclusion of Contract/Commission

The commission claim of the broker arises with the conclusion of the legally effective main contract. The commission is earned and is due as soon as the main contract (rent/purchase contract) has been concluded. Should the desired main contract come about as a result of our verification and mediation activities, the client must pay a commission to Andrea Zeidler - Zeidler & Company Immobilien. Both the amount of the commission and the respective payment by the client depend on the location of the property and the customary commission there, unless a different commission rate is expressly stated in the respective offer.

§6 Dual activity

Andrea Zeidler - Zeidler & Company Immobilien is entitled to also work for the other contractual partner and is subject to commission.

§7 consultation clause

In relation to the owner of an object that has been transferred to us for brokerage, the

§8 Follow-up business

Andrea Zeidler -Zeidler & Company Immobilien is also entitled to a commission for follow-up transactions that are concluded within a temporal and economic connection since the original contract. A follow-up transaction exists if an extension or change to the concluded contractual matter occurs.

§9 Express Consent

I hereby declare my express consent to telephone calls from you for advice and information on real estate offers. If I no longer agree to this, I will inform Andrea Zeidler -Zeidler & Company Immobilien in writing.

§10 Jurisdiction

Location of execution and court is Munich. German law applies.

§11 Severability Clause

Should one or more of the above conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision should be replaced between the parties by a provision that comes closest to the economic interests of the contracting parties and otherwise does not conflict with the contractual agreements.
